The New Mexico Lottery recently won the North American State and Provincial Lotteries prestigious Buddy Roogow Best New Instant Game Award for the fourth time in a row with its Zozobra Scratchers. It is the fifth time in the past ten years that the New Mexico Lottery, one of the smallest lotteries in North America has won the coveted award. With so many competitors, Joseph is very proud and honored to have voiced the commercials in both English and Spanish for all of the wining entries.
